Legal agreement governing the use of au328's online betting platform and services for Indonesian players

By accessing, registering, or using the au328 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. To use au328 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, valid email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and preferred username and password. You agree that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with au328. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts under false identities is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to suspend or close all such accounts, void any bets placed, and forfeit any balances or winnings associated with those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify au328 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. au328 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
au328 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and User account status. Standard users may deposit up to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction via bank transfer. VIP users may have higher limits subject to approval.
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfers during banking hours (typically 08:00-16:00 WIB Monday through Friday) are processed within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends will be processed on the next banking business day. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed instantly 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your au328 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are your own property. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct. au328 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of deposited funds at any time as part of our anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
After making a deposit, your Account balance will be updated automatically upon successful transaction confirmation. If your deposit does not appear within the stated processing time, please contact our customer support team via Live Chat or email with your transaction reference number and proof of payment.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: your Account must be fully verified with identity documentation approved; you must have completed the wagering requirements for any active bonuses; your Account must not be subject to any ongoing investigations or disputes; and the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of Rp 100,000.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for standard users and up to Rp 200,000,000 per transaction for VIP users. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level and betting history.
All withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your legal name matching the name on your au328 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. You must verify and link your bank account during the account verification process before your first withdrawal.
au328 does not charge any fees for withdrawal transactions. However, your receiving bank may impose interbank transfer fees or receiving charges, which are beyond our control and are the User's responsibility.
Bonuses and promotions offered by au328 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. Not all users may be eligible for all bonuses. au328 reserves the right to exclude certain users from promotional offers at our sole discretion, particularly if we detect bonus abuse or violation of promotional terms.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount or the combined bonus and deposit amount, as specified in each promotion's terms. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributes 100% for pre-match bets with odds above a certain threshold (typically 1.75 or higher).
While wagering requirements are active, the following restrictions apply: maximum bet per spin/hand is capped at Rp 50,000; certain games may be excluded from bonus play; and strategic betting patterns designed to game the bonus system (such as opposite betting or minimal-risk betting) are prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture.
All bonuses have a validity period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Typical bonus validity periods range from 14 to 30 days from the date of bonus activation. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration.
au328 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players to manipulate bonus conditions, exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unfair bonus advantages, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity related to bonuses. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, accounts suspended or terminated, and may be permanently banned from future promotions.
All bets are subject to acceptance by au328. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or violation of these Terms. If a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to your Account balance.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant sports governing body. For football matches, settlement is based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified in the bet type (e.g., "To Qualify" bets include extra time and penalties). Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) provided by our licensed game suppliers. Togel (lottery) results are based on official draw results from authorized lottery operators. Sabung ayam (cockfighting) bets are settled based on the official match outcome as declared by the arena referee.
In the event of obvious errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect results, or technical malfunctions, au328 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Users must report any perceived errors or discrepancies within 7 days of bet settlement. Claims made after 7 days will not be considered.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the au328 platform: colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantages; using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploiting software bugs or technical errors for unfair gain; engaging in arbitrage betting across different platforms; participating in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption; and providing false information or fraudulent documentation.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, we require all users to verify their identity before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit the following documentation: government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driving license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months), and bank account verification (bank statement or bank book showing your name and account number matching your registered withdrawal account). au328 reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification at any time to ensure the security and integrity of your Account.
